Call for Practice Submissions - Summaries

ASTDD is calling for practice submissions from state/territorial/community oral health programs and their partners. Please submit summaries describing your successful dental public health activities. Each practice submission may describe a practice, program, service or event that promotes or improves oral health for residents in your state, territory or community. Thank you for sharing your successes.

PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR SUMMARIES ONLINE.

1. Download and save the ASTDD Practice Summary Submission Form. The file is a MS Word file.
   
   
2. Prepare your submission(s) offline on your computer.
   
   
3. Email questions and/or completed Submission Form(s) to bpproject@astdd.org Practice submissions selected and approved by the ASTDD Best Practices Committee will be added to the Dental Public Health Activities - A Collection of Descriptive Summaries and posted on the ASTDD Web site.
   
   Additional information may be requested on practice submissions to assist ASTDD's effort in analyzing best practices for state and community oral health programs.
